Stress and Aging

{ Posted on 2:03 PM by aswir }
Modern life can be stressful. There are so many concerns that you have to worry about like work, family, relations, and other activities. Sometimes you have to juggle or walk on a tightrope of schedules, deadlines, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Usually, when you are stressed, your heart speeds up and your head pounds. What actually happens is that your pituitary gland releases a certain hormone, which in turn triggers your adrenal glands to release stress hormones (i.e., cortisol and adrenaline) into your bloodstream. As a result, several of your body's systems are upset.

You may likely feel a stomachache coming or experience diarrhea when you're stressed out. You also tend to feel hunger pangs resulting to weight gain. Stress also makes you susceptible to sickness like colds and other infections in addition to skin problems, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and loss of sex drive.

Stress also likely speeds up aging. According to a study done by the doctors in University of California at San Francisco, chronically stressed women displayed chromosomal changes characteristic of increased aging. They found out that the telomeres (found at the ends of the chromosomes) of these women tend to be shorter than the less-stressed women. Telomeres shorten as we age; thereby the length of the telomeres is an indication of aging. When telomeres cannot be possibly any shorter, they die out which is evident in skin wrinkles, organ failure, etc.

That's why you need to lower the level of stress in your life. You can do that by taking care of your body and leading a healthy lifestyle. Have a balanced diet, adequate rest, and regular exercise. Relax and learn to enjoy your life. Take up a hobby that will help you take your mind off things like reading, knitting, collecting stamps, playing sports, or gardening. Join a club, support group or organization where you can meet other people with the same interests. Try joining the community play, take up dancing classes and acting workshops, help in local charities or fund raisers. Who knows you might even discover your hidden talents?

Learn deep-breathing exercises and practice meditation or Yoga. Visit the gym regularly or join a fitness group that will help you stay fit and healthy. Another option is to have massages and rub downs. This will help loosen up your muscles and calm your nerves.

At times, you just have to be positive about things and be less negative or pessimistic. Try to smile at people you meet on the streets, watch a movie or a play, have a new hairdo, change your wardrobe, and have the time to smell the roses.

Another good practice is having your regular medical check-ups to ensure your good health every time. Sometimes, when your level of stress is remarkably high, you need to get help. Seek out the support of friends and family, change jobs, re-prioritize your life, or consult with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or social worker.

Life can really be full of challenges. Learn how to cope up and remember to always look at the bright side of life. If you feel that stress is getting the better of you, don't hesitate to seek help. A stress-free life can definitely add up to your years.

Threats to Male Fertility

{ Posted on 1:56 PM by aswir }
Both a man and the woman need to be healthy in order to produce a child. When a couple cannot conceive a child in a span of one year, they might be having infertility problems. According to research, infertility affects 10% (or about 6.1 million) Americans in the reproductive age. Contrary to myth, infertility is not always a "woman's problem." A third of the cases (about 35% are actually due to male infertility factors.

Infertility in men may be caused by many factors such as low sperm count (or nothing at all), ejaculation problems, or "abnormal" sperm, which is said to be malformed and have a short life span.

Generally, your fertility is based upon your general health. If you live a healthy lifestyle, there is a high probability that your sperm will also be healthy. There are quite a number of threats that may affect male fertility. Nicotine, alcohol and drugs (e.g., marijuana and cocaine) are on the top of the list. According to studies, smoking drastically decreases the sperm count and overall health of sperm cells.

Poor diet (malnutrition) can also contribute to male infertility, including deficiency in vitamin C and zinc in your diet. Some diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, fevers, anemia, and mumps in adulthood) and infections are also suspect. These are infections of the reproductive system such as epididymitis, orchitis, and prostatitis. Some sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia or gonorrhea also damages the spermatic ducts. You also risk transmitting your disease to your partner causing her to be infertile.

Some medications are also believed to be causes of male infertility. This include cancer-treating agents (e.g., chemotheraphy), anti-fungal medication (ketoconazole), antidiarrheal drug (sulfasalazine), Azulfidine (a drug used to treat ulcerative colitis), and some groups of antibiotics (nitrofurans and macrolides). Likewise, the use of anabolic steroids is also known to cause testicular shrinkage and infertility.

Other threats to male fertility also include testosterone deficiency, trauma or injury to the testes, structural abnormality or blockage in the vas deferens, and varicocele, a varicose vein in the testicle that produces too much heat harming and killing sperm.

Some are also connected to your lifestyle, like excessive stress, overly intense exercise (may lower your sperm count by producing higher levels of adrenal steroid hormones, which lower the amount of testosterone in the body), tight underwear or jogging pants, hot tubs, saunas, or anything that raises the temperature of your scrotum, including overheated vehicles and hot work environments, and exposure to environmental hazards such as pesticides, lead, paint, mercury, benzene, boron, radiation (x-ray), radioactive substances, and heavy metals.

How to cope with a penis that's very big

{ Posted on 1:29 PM by aswir }
Having a large penis might seem like every man's dream, but there is large and there is too large! Anything over 8 inches is far too large for most women to handle. Such a penis can be more of a curse than a gift. In most cases, women find sex with a large penis painful, mainly because it can knock against their cervix (the top of the vagina) and can even cause bleeding. So guys, if you're well hung, remember to treat your lady's privates with a little more respect.

Regardless of size you should be able to enter a girl comfortably if you take your time. Foreplay is the key, focus on careful stimulation of the Epicenter, the female degenerated prostate. You can use this multiple-step approach by Dr. Newman K. Lin of the Lin Institute, a research center for multiple, sexual orgasm.

The first step is to massage on the labia majors, groins, pubis and clitoral base to relax the muscle around the vagina and prepare it for penetration. If you find that this is insufficient then apply a light Finger Pliers massage to the G-spot and Clitoral shaft and turn it around 11 and 1 o'clock position, to stimulate the vaginal muscle relaxation and tenting expansion.

The actual penetration is divided into 3 steps: start with shallow penetration in the first 1/3 of the vagina at the same time lightly stroking the G-spot and kissing each other for about 3 minutes. Follow it up with moderate penetration to test the vaginal flexibility and relaxation with a light stroke, and if there is no pain deep, time to do deep penetration.

Finally, use Screwing Technique and Kiss the cervix with the glans penis to avoid thrusting hard. Screwing is vital in love coupling for massaging vagina and penis in the Chinese sexual bible "SU-NUI Ching." There are two screwing technique which depends on who the driver is. If the male is the driver he should be allowed to move freely, so the female will lie down, and the male can lie on her, stand up or knee down to do the job. On the other hand if the female is the driver, she will sit on his legs without constraint rotate her upper body right and left periodically or use her hip to make a circulation motion.

This technique will stimulate the brain to increase the testosterone level and the burning in the vaginal tissues will relax the muscle that will tent up and expand the vagina for taking heavy strokes or pumping

Screwing with a C.A.T position, will trigger a powerful orgasm for women. Screwing can also be used to wake up the sexual energy, increase the vagina lubrication and strengthen an erection. If a couple screw each other for 10 to 30 minutes every morning will surely bring them to a humping mode and will provide enough morning exercises for the loving couples as well.

Penis curvature--How it can be a problem and how SizeGenetics.com can help

{ Posted on 1:26 PM by aswir }
Penis curvature is normal, and is considered part of standard human deviation. If you observe your fingers, you'll notice that probably not all ten of those are straight, either. It's just normal variation, just as it is normal for women's breasts to come in all different shapes and sizes or for women's vulvas to come in lots of different shapes, sizes and colors.

Normal penises can be erect at anything from about 30-45 degrees while there are boners that are stiff enough that the top of the penis almost touches the man's belly. Sometimes, penises will be erect in slightly different ways at different times, or at different stages in a man's life. Penis curvature normally develops simply from the organ's internal structures growing to unequal size, a condition that's quite common since every penis is built a little differently. A woman's vagina is highly flexible, so it's not likely that some degree of curvature in a penis will have any anatomical bearing on intercourse.

However, if your penis suddenly bends after being straight (especially if there is pain involved), or the bend is gradually getting worse, then you should go see a doctor that specializes in men's health (urologist). It could be Peyronie's disease, which occurs when fibrous tissue develops on the tunica albuginea (the lining of the erectile bodies of the penis). The exact cause of fibrosis is still not known.

The resulting fibrous tissue causes a bend to develop during erection that is painful and can make intercourse difficult or impossible. The condition affects around 388 of 100,000 men and mostly occurs among men between 40 and 60 years and older.

If you are dissatisfied with how your penis looks like, you can try the ground-breaking system being offered by Sizegenetics.com. This program is based on a combination of four different enlargement methods to promote penis enlargement from every angle possible. While every other program offers you these methods individually, SizeGenetics guarantees success by offering them all in one simple system, thus, giving you the maximum gains possible in the shortest period of time.

First, the use of a penis traction device triggers your penis's growth function. In order to adapt and adjust to this new force, your body begins to grow bulky, new tissue cells. This translates to an enormous increase in both the length and girth of your penis. Developed by the prominent Spanish urologist Dr. Eduardo A. Gomez de Diego, of Andrology Services, Andromedical Clinic, Madrid, Spain, the SizeGenetics device has been extensively researched and tested to ensure you of its safety and effectiveness. Furthermore, all results are permanent, and once you reach your desired length, the device never needs to be worn again.

The second step in the four-point program of SizeGenetics is the use of ProSolution Pills to enlarge your penis. These ProSolution capsules contain a special herbal formula and sexually-enhancing nutrients to help increase blood circulation to the penile region so enlargement can occur.
Aside from increasing the size of your manhood, SizeGenetics also provides you with a way to increase your semen output and fertility by supplying you with VolumePills. The unique blend of ingredients of VolumePills will provide you with the nutrients needed to produce up to 500% more sperm. These ingredients were specifically combined to stimulate sperm and testosterone production in the testicles.

Lastly, included in your SizeGenetics package is access to Penis-Health.com, the only site to offer a researched, independently tested and doctor recommended penis enlargement exercises program. By faithfully following the series of exercises for a few minutes each day, you can make your penis reach its full potential.

Interview with a woman about why she likes a big penis

{ Posted on 1:22 PM by aswir }
Those exposed to western culture have been conditioned to believe the mindset 'the bigger the better' about all sorts of things, from cars to houses to portions in restaurants. This way of thinking extends to penile size as well. Big men are most likely to have slightly bigger penises, although, contrary to popular belief, there is no correlation between the size of a man's nose or feet and the size of his organ.

Does it really make any difference when you're having sex? For Samantha X, it matters - a lot. "Sure it matters - I've had some massive members in my time, and I really enjoyed them! I find that the bigger the penis, the greater the feeling." In fact, a woman who doesn't prefer a bigger-than-average penis is more of an exception rather than the norm. While men's penis come in various colors, shapes and sizes, a study conducted by the Alfred C. Kinsey Institute for Sex Research has shown that the average penis size is anywhere from 5-7 inches. Size does not matter - to a certain extent - in order bestow a physical sensation upon a woman. "I once slept with a guy who had a stub for a cock and I couldn't feel anything. I ended up going into the bathroom and satisfying myself - a situation I don't care to repeat."

The heart of the matter is that most women don't like very small penises, whatever is done with them. A small, slender penis is not very rewarding in itself and many women complain that they 'can't feel anything,' especially if their vagina has previously been stretched by having children. That does not necessarily mean that length-challenged men cannot be good lovers, but that penis size alone probably is not going to do it.

Research has confirmed that what most women want is a bigger-than-average penis, but what is really important is width rather than length. They say the ideal penis is one which is thick enough to stretch the woman's vaginal opening and which can be felt inside their body, each time they have sex. "I would rather sleep with a guy who has a thick member than someone with a thin, reedy schlong that hits my cervix every time he penetrates me."

Similarly, most of the 200 women interviewed representing all ages (over 18), sizes, ethnicities, and sexual habits opted for girth (or the circumference) over length, as they claimed to enjoy the feeling of a thick penis rubbing against their vaginal walls rather than having an unusually long penis poking against their insides.

When it comes to racial preferences, Samantha had this to say: "I've noticed that African-Americans are really well-endowed as compared to other nationalities. They also seem to be much more confident in bed knowing that they have the right size package." One's ethnic group does produce significant anatomical differences among males. For instance, black men are indeed bigger than Caucasian men, but only by half an inch or so, on average, while Asian men are about half an inch smaller on average.

All these information just show that women are turned on and satisfied by a large, thick, and powerful penis, not to mention they are visually stimulating as well. Women such as Samantha know how to appreciate well-endowed men, or even those just think they are, since they are usually much more sexually confident about their sack skills.

Male Insecurity and Jealousy

{ Posted on 1:21 PM by aswir }
So, you finally got the girl of your dreams. She's fine-looking and sexy. She's definitely a catch! Every time you go out, other guys are checking her out. So, you hold her closer, have a protective arm around her, and cast steely "Don't you mess with my girlfriend" stares at the other guys. You closely watch her every move and feel a pang of jealousy and insecurity, even at times when it is not the least bit warranted. You constantly call her up to check up on her or count the seconds before she answers your call. You've been too paranoid too many times whenever she says she's out with her girl friends or co-workers, or if she's meeting up with a high school sweetheart or an ex-flame. You instantly erupt in jealous rage at the mention of past loves.

You feel trapped by your insecurity and direct your energy to over protectiveness and jealousy instead. So, you try to buy her time and attention by overwhelming her with the prettiest flowers, wonderful gifts, expensive dinners, and luxurious holidays. You want to control and have the upper hand in the relationship. You utilize the possess-and-isolate tactic on her. You always make excuses for her to be always with you, or to be available at your beck and call. Her girl friends are exasperated with you and upset at how possessive you are.

So where does all this insecurity and jealousy spring from? You may have bad experiences before regarding relationships and loyalty, and you ensure that it doesn't ever happen again. In turn, you intensely guarantee that you are the sole object of her desire.

Male insecurity has also been known to directly correlate with a deficiency in the size of the male member. Many men are bothered that they are not big enough or they're not gonna please their ladies with their current size. This probably explains the thriving and often lucrative business that is penis enlargement.

Another reason may be about money or resources. Many guys feel disdain, oftentimes envy, towards other men who are better off than themselves. With more money, you could probably spend lavish gifts for your girl; and with more presents, you think you make yourself highly desirable and attractive.

Men, just like women, also need to be liked. They want to be respected, adored, and esteemed. They want to be feel important and special to someone. They want to be loved and needed.

So, how would you rein in your insecurity and keep your jealousy in check? Take time to do a self-assessment. Improve your looks and learn new things. Go to the gym, join sports club, or enroll in short courses like foreign languages, arts, or even acting. More importantly, is the measure of trust and loyalty that you and your girl have for each other. Don't let your insecurities cloud your judgment and ruin your relationships. Treat her with respect as much as you would want her to do the same for you.

Facial care, skin care, and types of soap to use

{ Posted on 1:12 PM by aswir }
Dermatologists recommend washing the face with soap twice daily, the body once daily - and the hands as often as necessary to keep them sanitary. How do you know which soap is right for you? Soap used to have a bad reputation because of the inclusion of harsh detergents, which stripped oil from the skin. However, that is no longer the case with all soaps anymore.

Before we discuss what skincare routine to follow, you need to know your skin type. To do so, look at your face in a mirror in natural daylight (i.e., outside or near a window) and observe the various areas of your face. In general: Oily skin is shiny - especially along the T-zone (the forehead, nose and chin areas), where oil glands are most prevalent - and tends to break out with pimples. If you have large pores, these may also indicate oiliness. Dry skin feels tight and dehydrated and pores may be very fine. It may also look flaky, and has a rough, papery texture. Normal skin has a uniform texture and tone that only occasionally break out in spots. Combination skin has oily and dry patches: It may be shiny/blemished along the T-zone and scaly around the cheeks.

Once you have determined your skin type, you use this information to pay attention to your specific skincare needs.

If your skin is oily and/or acne-prone, select soaps that contain salicylic acid -- a skin-sloughing beta hydroxy acid that keeps pores unclogged. Similarly, choose products with the pimple-drying ingredient benzoyl peroxide.

For dry skin, stick with gentle, super-fatted soaps, many of which contain up to one-third moisturizers. Pure glycerin soap will also help your skin retain moisture. However, avoid deodorant soaps, which can dry your skin even further.

Those with sensitive skin should opt for hypoallergenic soaps, and avoid perfumed, antibacterial and deodorant soaps, which can be irritating. Try to use very little soap, do not scrub too hard, and make sure to rinse well with cool water (warm or hot water can be drying).

People with normal skin have plenty of options: feed your skin with plant-based soaps, lather up with triple-milled soaps or use a gentle face bar soap that is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores).

Those suffering from windburned, sunburned or chapped skin can calm it with soap rich in soothing glycerin and aloe vera. As much as possible, avoid bars with overpowering fragrances since they can irritate the skin further.

Even when you're partying until the wee hours of the morning or pulling overtime at the office, it's essential to cleanse your face thoroughly before you hit the sack. Ideally, you should wash your face twice a day, put on toner, and moisturize immediately after cleansing your face. By removing makeup and daily grime from your face daily, you can avoid clogged pores and breakouts. However, we don't live in a perfect world and there will be times when you just want to slip into your bed and forget about your beauty ritual.

When you're too tired or there isn't that much time to conduct your full facial regimen, you can save time and effort by using a multipurpose cleanser that'll strip away dirt, oil, and even hard-to-remove makeup like waterproof mascara all at once. You can also try using disposable cloths that you simply moisten (to activate the built-in cleanser) and smooth over your face to lift away the day's dirt.

There are plenty of ways to protect and beautify your face, and establishing a regular beauty regimen is one of them. Start one today and your skin will thank you for it.

Anatomy of the Vagina

{ Posted on 1:09 PM by aswir }
Both men and women have an internal and external region for their genitalia. This article focuses on the internal and external anatomy of the vagina which can be considered as one of the most interesting and exciting organs that can be found in the female body.

Contrary to what most people think, the vagina is not the first thing that you see in the female genitalia. As we begin from the outside, the outermost part of the female genitalia is the vulva. This is usually covered by the pubic hair which grows from the tissue called mons pubis, although some women or girls prefer to shave their pubic hair. Pubic hair aside, the next part that you will be seeing is a lip-like appearance which most people call the outer lips. These outer lips are really known as Labia Majora and contain fatty tissues that enfold the vulva from the mons pubis to the perineum (an opening that tears during childbirth). The Labia Majora contains sweat and oil glands that emit a certain scent which most people claim to be sexually stimulating. Next to Labia Majora is another set of lips called the Labia Minora or the inner lips that protects the clitoris, urethra, and the vagina.

As you go deeper, you can find a small, oval shaped part of the vagina called the clitoris or the "clit." This part is adjoined to the labia and seems to be hooded by skin. This small portion of the vagina contains numerous nerve endings that are very sensitive and this one small part contributes a very great deal, since its main function to bring sexual pleasure to women when touched or stimulated. Just below the clitoris is the urethra, which is an opening where the urine passes through. The urethra is not a part of the women's reproductive system and is much more connected to the bladder although it is located near the rest of the vaginal parts.

The opening to your vagina is covered by a thin membrane or tissue called the hymen. The intact hymen has been a symbol for virginity and is very thin and sensitive. It can be torn by rigorous activities or through penetration of the penis, vibrators, dildos, and so on. Another opening in the female genitalia is the perineum which is a stretch of skin that goes up to the anus and is where infants come out during labor.

The internal parts of the female genitalia are the vaginal canal where the penis passes through during sexual intercourse and goes to the cervix. The vagina's size can expand and contract to make way for the size of the penis. The Bartholin's glands and the hymen glands excrete fluids which serve as lubricants during sexual arousal to keep the vagina moist.

Next is the uterus or better known as the womb where the fetus grows in and held there during pregnancy. On both sides of the uterus are the fallopian tubes where the fertilization of the ova (egg) takes place. These eggs are produced in the ovaries which is another part of the vagina. Aside from ova production, the ovaries are responsible for the production of estrogen and progesterone or the female sex hormones. All of these parts make up the vagina which is the female species' vital organ in reproduction and copulation.
